Just days before a new commercial location was set to open in McKinney, Texas, Marsh Development & Construction was forced to fire their long-term striping contractor due to unprofessional behavior toward one of their employees. No standard spaces, no ADA-compliant parking, no fire lanes, no signage, and no parking stops. The property was not code-compliant, and the opening deadline was three days away. A delayed opening would mean a poor first impression for the end tenant and a missed deadline for the general contractor.
